WHAT IS MISS FOREVER ICON? Miss Forever Icon is an online annual beauty pageant/competition to empower and celebrate women of color. We believe true beauty is a combination of self-confidence, ambition and a healthy lifestyle. Our incredible platform is an excellent opportunity for exposure, leadership and experience.
HOW TO APPLY
Complete an application with a non-refundable $150 entry fee.
Include two (2) photographs: headshot and full-length fitness that displays a healthy lifestyle. (jpeg)
Include a personal statement about you and why you want to be Miss Forever Icon in 200 words or less. (pdf format only)
Include a copy of your drivers license for proof of age and residence. (pdf format)

ENTRY DEADLINE
JUDGING FOR MISS FOREVER ICON
The 1st round of judging will be based on your personal statement and photos. From this round, we will select the top 25 contestants for an online interview. Forever Icon will contact the top 25 contestants via email.
The 2nd round of judging will be based on the online interview. From this round, we will select the top 15 contestants for a 2nd online interview and a final question. The final question will be focused on various social, cultural and political topics. In addition, the top 15 contestants will be be entered in Miss Forever Icon’s Most Photogenic Award. The top 15 contestants will be contacted via email. The photos of the top 15 contestants will be posted on the website and included in a voting survey.
The final round of judging will be based on your 2nd online interview and a final question. From this round, we will select the Grand Prize winner.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF MISS FOREVER ICON
The Grand Prize winner will be announced on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Forever Icon will notify the winner via phone or email as well. If necsessey, entrants consent to a background check that may be performed, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, to verify information provided by Entrants and compliance with these Rules, or for other reasons related to the Competition. If you are selected as the Grand Prize Winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list

JUDGING FOR MISS FOREVER ICON MOST PHOTOGENIC
Miss Forever Icon’s Most Photogenic will be determined by the public through online voting. The top 15 contestants headshot will be used for the Most Photogenic contest. The voting link will be sent via our Miss Forever Icon newsletter. You have to be a subscriber to access the voting link. Voters must be of Eligible Age of 18 years or older. Voters can only cast one (1) vote. Entrants can also vote and cast only (1) one vote. Voting will be from 11/23/20 – 01/11/21 (the “Voting Period”). The entrant with the most votes will be determined as “Miss Forever Icon Most Photogenic”, the winner. The winner will be announced via social media on 11/23/20. “Bot” activity or any kind of robotic or automated voting mechanism is not an accepted form of voting and such votes will not be counted if discovered. If this type of false voting is detected, the associated IP address, email address will be banned from voting. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants suspected in encouraging, soliciting, or otherwise knowingly participating in this type of activity, or any other voting activity Sponsor deems unfair at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry or voting process or the operation of the Competition.

The winner of Miss Forever Icon’s Most Photogenic Award will step-in as Miss Forever Icon if the winner of Miss Forever Icon cannot fulfill her title duties.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the expectations of Miss Forever Icon? The Grand Prize Winner will be photographed exclusively by Forever Icon throughout the year for our social media pages. The Grand Prize Winner must be available for multiple photo shoots through with specific dates to be determined, and must have all necessary travel documents. If the Grand Prize Winner is not available for the photo shoot for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected, and the Grand Prize will be transferred to the alternate winner. Cash winnings will be provided after receiving all necessary documentation in compliance with Competition eligibility and successful completion of feature photography at the Sponsor's designated location.
How often will Miss Forever Icon be photographed? There will be multiple photo shoots throughout the year for our social media presence. Photographs will be taken by Forever Icon or a professional photographer. Forever Icon will notify Miss Forever Icon in advance at least 5 calendar days before photo shoots with dates, times and places. We expect Miss Forever Icon to be on-time and behave professionally. There will be times where Miss Forever Icon will take photos in multiple outfits up to 8 hours for 5 consecutive days. After 4.5 hours, Forever Icon will provide lunch.
Does Forever Icon provide the wardrobe? Yes, Forever Icon will provide fashion, accessories and footwear for the photo shoots. The wardrobe allowance is up to $5,000. Forever Icon will select the appearance for the photo shoots. We expect Miss Forever Icon to participate in all photo shoots and to provide their sizes in clothes, swimwear, lingerie and footwear. Miss Forever Icon does keep all clothing.
Who is responsible for make-up and hair? The winner/Miss Forever Icon is financially responsible for all make-up and hair. Forever Icon expect the winner/Miss Forever Icon to come hair and make-up ready for all photo-shoots.
How is the Miss Forever Icon Grand Prize money distributed? The $10,000 is distributed over a course of a year in a form of a check or via paypal. If the Grand Prize Winner is not available for the photo shoots for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected which will be Miss Forever Icon Most Photogenic, and the Grand Prize will be transferred to the alternate winner. Cash winnings will be provided after receiving all necessary documentation in compliance with Competition eligibility and successful completion of feature photography at the Sponsor's designated location.
