Are you a talent agency?
No, Forever Icon is not a talent agency. We do not set-up auditions, jobs or negotiate contracts. Forever Icon does not secure or guarantee employment. We assist you with applying for casting calls and advising you on your career. Talent agents will procure jobs for their clients. Sometimes it takes years to find representation in the entertainment industry. It is not overnight and unfortunately there will be times when you will be rejected. Some talent agents will reject you due to the lack of experience or their roster may be full of clients that is too similar to you. We are seeking serious aspiring actors who are dedicated to learning their craft and is passionate about putting in the hard work.
How does a talent manager get paid?
A talent manager gets paid a commission for every job you get. Our management fee is a percentage across the board including appearance fees, bookings, endorsements and etc. Our clients do not pay any upfront fee for any service. We work strictly on a commission basis for our management clients.
What is the new talent management Submission process?
Occasionally, we select new talent to manage. Below is the submission process:
Applications are only accepted during open submission period. There is no fee required.
Once the application date has closed, our selection team will review all applications and submission materials. A limited number applicants will be selected for an online interview based on their application and all materials submitted.
After all interviews have concluded, we will select an applicant to be managed by Forever Icon.
